Ember in 2026 will travel to new regions, but this year we will be inspired by great storytelling and authentic flavours. Drawing from The Odyssey, Titanic, Murder on The Orient Express, The Great Gatsby, The Count of Monte Cristo, Alice in Wonderland, and One Thousand and One Arabian Nights, each dish will transport guests to distant lands, magical worlds, and epic adventures. At Ember, flavour becomes narrative, and every bite sparks imagination, wonder, and discovery. Ember is not just serving food; it is crafting stories that ignite the imagination and connect us to the world.

1001 Arabian Nights

Flavours of Arabia and Persia, Mezzas, Grills and Tagines, Spices, Dips that are enchanting, mysterious and full of wonder.

March 17th - May 4th

Titanic

A First Class affair from Lobster Bisque to Herb Crusted Lamb Rack, Exploring some great classics from both sides of the Atlantic, we will also be doing some special nights with a remake of the original Titanic Menu.

May 5th - June 22nd

Alice in Wonderland

A whimsical look into a playful way to serve food with exciting flavours and a bold start to our literary and culinary journey, exploring themes of imagination, surprise and joy of exploration.

June 23rd - August 10th

The Odyssey

The Aegean Sea and Ancient Greece as a backdrop for a romantic dive into temptation with our most ambitious fish focused menu yet.

August 11th - September 28th

Murder on The Orient Express

Exploring the different regions the train travels as it sets off from Paris to Istanbul with sophisticated plating drawing on classical techniques.

September 29th - November 16th

The Count of Monte Cristo

19th Century French and Italian refinement, European Classicism, Dark, Indulgent and Triumphant.

The Great Gatsby

1920s Glamorous finger foods, classic cocktails and Champagne on tap, and an exceptional way to celebrate the end of 2026.
